I've got only 41 marks in physics (theory =11,practical =30) in my 12 board exam. If somehow i manage to make a good score in JEE or NEET 2020, will i get an admission? Im ST and my 12 board percentage is 64% from ASSAM
Dear Kashyap, you haven't mentioned the score that you need to score in theory for being cleared as "passed". Isnt 21 the minimum marks that a Candidate need to score in Theory subject to be considered "Passed"? The ASHEC Physics Paper is for 70 marks and you should score 30% to be considered pass. 30% is 21 marks. With 11 marks, you are considered failed. Your overall percentage isn't considered when you have failed in the qualifying examination. You need to clear the examination if you secure admission in JEE or NEET. You have to reappear for your exams. Without passing Physics, even if you manage to secure a seat in NEET or JEE, you cannot get admission. You need pass 10+2 in all subjects before you take admission.
Hello!! Generally, to get admission via jee mains or neet should have very good score in exam as well as in +12.As per mains exam the cutoff for ST is 65% and.you are pretty closer to reach it. Inter board conducts betterment examinations to increase their score ,and you have this option so.. you can go for it.By your words i understood that you can capable of scoring good score in mains examination,Keep working on it..All the best for your bright future!!!
