No, you are not eligible to apply for NEET because to apply for NEET you are supposed to pass your intermediate i.e., 10+2 or equivalent and even if you fail in one subject which in your physics then you are not eligible to apply for the NEET exam so, you need to write supplementary exam for physics and pass this time then only you will be eligible to apply for NEET.
