Hello aspirant,
We cannot predict the cut off because the official cut off will be changed every year.
The qualifying cut off of JEE main 2019 can be accessed only after the results are declared but in the meantime , the candidate may go through the previous year qualifying JEE main that is for OBC the maximum marks should 73 this the previous year cut off.

Minimum OBC rank needed to get a good NIT is 29270 (NIT warangal). So start preparing to get these marks. You can also go through these link to get cutoff marks for various NITs.
