My aiims percentile is 56.6%.will i get any college in aiims?Am i eligible for councelling?

With 56.6 percentile, you are qualified and could be eligible for counselling but only after any notice by AIIMS where it is to be mentioned that the qualified candidate can be eligible for particular round(generally in case of vacant seats but still no guarantee for seat).
According to last year's cut off, the lowest percentile was from ST category 93.6505421 with corresponding rank 93.6505421 which tells you that even if belonging to ST, you cannot get seat in AIIMS.
