Admission through JEE main is possible in NIITs for you since you have qualified for advanced.
and it is good to keep a hope on your dream college but i also suggest you to apply for colleges in B category which means some of the colleges will consider JEE main marks or rank and then alot a seat.This generally happens in EAMCET college.
