There are several best books for NEET you can prepare, I would suggest you to refer all the NCERT's thoroughly then you can go through books such as
HC Verma's concepts of physics for physics
Concise inorganic chemistry for chemistry
R.k Gupta's Objective biology for biology
And then refer NEET guides and try to solve MCQ's.
