Congrats for your score. Since you are going through the open category, and you also have 500+ (530), you have good chances of getting a government medical seat. So, shoot your shot.  But in case you didn't get to some issues, you must go for a private college. So, enquire for a private college too (alone with govt seat) and have a fall back option.
