Detail information related to admission of 9th class

Devanshi Goyal 31st Jul, 2025

HELLO,

For admission to 9th class generally students need to have successfully completed 8th grade from a recognized school. Admission to Class 9 is usually based on the student's performance in the previous class and may include an entrance test or interview depending on the school. The specific age criteria for 9th class admission is also an important factor , with most schools requiring a minimum age of 14 years on March 31st admission year

Eligibility and requirements:-

1.Successful completion of the 8th grade is a primary requirement

2.A school leaving certificate from the previous school is required

3.A copy of birth certificate is generally needed

4.Admissions are often based on merit with a merit list prepared based on the student's performance in the entrance test or previous class results

Hope this Helps!

Hello There,

To apply for a 10-year residential certificate in Telangana, despite having stayed in a hostel in Andhra Pradesh, you can still get a residence certificate based on your long-term association with Telangana. Here's a general process and the documents required for obtaining a residence certificate in Telangana:

Documents Required:

1. Application form: Filled residence certificate application form.

2. Address proof: Any of the following:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Voter ID
  • Ration Card
  • Utility bills (electricity, water) in the name of the applicant or family member.

3. Proof of age: Birth Certificate or School Leaving Certificate (mentioning Telangana as your native place).

4. Proof of residence in Telangana for the last 10 years, which could include:

  • School/College certificates from Telangana (if you studied in Telangana before moving to AP).
  • House tax receipts or rent agreements.
  • Affidavit declaring you are a resident of Telangana.

5. Parental details: Any document showing your parents’ residence in Telangana (e.g., house deeds, parental occupation documents).

6. Identity Proof: PAN card, Passport, or any valid ID proof.

7. Passport size photos.

Enquiry Process:

Once you submit the application and documents, the authorities may conduct a physical verification or seek a report from the local revenue officer (Tehsildar) to confirm the details. They may ask for the following:

  • Details about your family’s residence in Telangana.
  • Verification of your schooling history and hostel stay in AP.
  • Statements from neighbors or local officials confirming your stay in Telangana.

You will likely need to visit the Tehsildar office or apply online via Telangana's official MeeSeva portal.

Can anyone join like this?

Yes, there are cases where students study in a different state while their parents are still residents of another state. You may still be eligible for a residence certificate in Telangana based on your family’s permanent residence, especially if your stay in AP was only for educational purposes.

Best Wishes!

my friend has both upper limbs disabilities (locomotive)with 45 percentage . he can do mbbs ?

kumardurgesh1802 13th Jul, 2024

Hey there,

Whether your friend can pursue MBBS with upper limb disabilities and a 45% locomotor disability depends on several factors such as:

  • Medical Examination: Most medical colleges require candidates to pass a medical fitness examination. Your friend would need to undergo this examination to determine if they meet the physical requirements necessary to perform medical duties, including patient care and procedures.

  • Accommodation and Support: The college should provide reasonable accommodations and support for students with disabilities to ensure they can participate fully in the program. This may include accessible facilities, assistive devices, and support services.

  • Licensing and Practice: After completing MBBS, licensing bodies may have specific requirements regarding physical fitness for medical practice. Your friend would need to fulfill these requirements to obtain a medical license.

It's advisable for your friend to contact the medical colleges they are interested in directly to discuss their specific situation and requirements. They can also consult with medical professionals specializing in disabilities to understand any challenges and accommodations that may be needed throughout their medical education and career.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you and your friend all the best for bright future.

Manav 11th Jun, 2025

with a neet 2024 score of 376 and sc category you may have a chance to get mbbs seat in a government college under state quota depending on your home state as some states have lower cutoffs for sc candidates you are unlikely to get a seat through all india quota but in states like madhya pradesh chhattisgarh tamil nadu odisha or bihar you might get a seat in a government medical college especially if you have state domicile so focus on state counseling and apply widely to improve your chances

my jee rank is 700000 and im st female will i get college

satyamercedes0626 19th Apr, 2024

Hello,

Hope you are doing great.

Answering to your question ,

With a JEE rank of 700,000 and being from the ST category, your chances of securing admission to colleges through JEE Main are relatively lower, considering the competitive nature of the exam. However, there are still options available, particularly through counseling processes and reserved seats for ST category candidates. It's advisable to explore various colleges, consider state-level entrance exams, and research institutions that offer admissions based on other criteria besides JEE ranks. Additionally, you may also consider alternative pathways such as diploma courses or lateral entry programs.
