my pcb is below 50 i.e 46% can i appear in neet 2023 by appearing in improvement exam in 2023

The minimum percentage required in class 12th for the general category candidates is 50%, for reserved category candidates is 40% and for PWD candidates it is 45%.
if you have PWD certificate then you can apper in NEET or if you belong from reserved category.
otherwise sorry to say but with 46% you can't appear in NEET.
