Your chances are very less.. CSE branch is generally taken away by top rankholders ,probably ranks below 1000.
But you can check last years opening and closing ranks from CSAB portal, that will give you an idea.
Or you can even check out for the colleges that you might get from our Career 360 Rank predictor.

I'm sorry my friend, your rank is way too low to get CSE at NITK. Last year it closed at 249 in 7th round.
