Based on trends of the year 2017, you have pretty good chances at All India Quota. The opening AIR for ST category was 224 and the closing AIR was 62,604 for medical seats in government colleges. Fortunately, the cutoffs this year also have dropped down. This means the chances of obtaining a seat also have increased. Apply for both 15% All India Counseling as well as 85% State Quota Counseling. All the very best!
