So, firstly congratulations for your amazing rank in NEET 2020, it's no easy deal to have such a rank when you are competing against lakhs and lakhs of other students, so kudos to you. Now, you didn't mention any category reservation for you so I'm just assuming that you are from general category. With this rank in general category, you can get some of the government colleges in your home state quota, which also you haven't mention so I wont be able to tell you the exact colleges you can get. But nonetheless, your rank is safe for you to get a decent college for MBBS.

Ypu have not mentioned in which college you are seeking admission to. Also please mention if you have any category reservation because the cutoffs do depend on that also.
