myself shaille from chandigarh. i have got 89 percentile in jee 2 and 73 percentilE in jee 1 . So i want to do B.arc can i got NIT OR IIITs.

According to your percentile, your probable rank in jee paper 2 is about 13.5k and in paper 1, it is about 2.56 lacs.
Both are not good ranks, it is very difficult to get admission.
