As per previous year, with 143 marks you hold almost no chances to get a BAMS seat in govt.colleges or in private conveyor quota.
But you can try for management quota seats in private colleges or in deemed/central universities which costs a little higher.
And yes you hold some chances to get into nursing colleges.
