Pl tell me my chances to get seat in cooch Behar govt engg college with gen rank 20652 in wbjee 2019

The cut-off rank of cooch engineering government college lies within 18k for almost all branches till round 3.
But if you wait for the mop up round then you can get
some branches.
Cutoff of round 4 are :
Mechanical (22k)
Electrical.    (22k)
Civil.             (23k)
Ece.               (22k)
So you may have some probable chance of getting the seat in mop up round.
