Hello Aspirant,
The subject of political science referring to a subject in degree specifies and restricted to marking system of particular university in which you have joined. Generally, order to pass the exams in Rajasthan, students must receive at least 33% in each subject and overall. Students will only receive a grade of "D" and be deemed "passed" if they receive at least 33% of the possible points.
