Recently i completed my b. tech. when i am applying for the IB AOIC, its asking Certificate number of b. tech. But i didn't got my b.tech cerficate number. so, what i has to mention in the position of b. tech certificate number. please help me.

Dear Aspirant,
Most universities have numbers for BTech certificate. You can contact the university of you are unsure about the number you are looking for. To be on safer side, you should be confirming this from someone who is established. Every certificate has certain number alloted to it, by knowing them you can submit the certificate number asked by them.
