No. You don't need to submit your 6th to 9th study certificate. All that is required while admission and counselling process is your 10th and 12th board certificate along with your marksheets, that too in original form, no xerox copies, as it will be rejected. See, 10th board certificate is usually scrutinized to check your date of birth and name whereas 12th board certificate is a verification whether you're eligible to give the exam or to pursue a course or program.
