As you have only mentioned of jee mains rank so I can tell you about getting admission into any iit is possible for you or not but with your jee mains score I regret to inform you that its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits.
As nits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.

In the special rounds only general category rank will be considered. So if your general category rank is average enough then you can get a seat in nit. You can get lower nits with branches like mechanical engineering, civil, biotechnology, chemical engineering, aerospace engineering etc
