Manish, you haven't mentioned the course that you have applied for. But in General, if you have been allotted a seat and you haven't reported to the college, you will not get back the security deposit. For example, if it is Round 1 and it is Medical Counselling, then you have a free exit option which means you will not be penalised even if you do not report to the college. But if you do not report to the college in the 2nd or 3rd rounds then you might be penalised. You need to report and resign from the seat. However the process might change from Course to Course. So please do help us with the COurse and counselling you are enquiring about.
