Sir , i have got 44.00 percentile in jee & I belongs to obc category. Is there any chance for me to get into any nit.

Sorry but you can't getany NIT because you are not qualified in JEE MAINS 2019 as this year cut off is

Sorry to say but since your percentile is very less in JEE-MAINS, there are almost no chances to get an NIT with such a high rank.
You can try looking for other State engineering entrance exams or some other good private colleges but with such a percentile, it is really difficult to get govt colleges through JEE-Mains, even for a OBC candidate.
So choose your options wisely.
