Hi Avinash,
Persons with disabilities having 40% and above the degree of disability will enjoy a 3% reservation horizontally in each of the categories, i.e. in SC, ST, OBC –A, OBC-Band in the Unreserved or General Category. According to the government of India, the minimum percentage disability to be considered as a PWD candidate is 40%. So, you won't be considered as a PWD category student in any of the government or non-government exam.
