You 10th, 12th should match in the details you have mentioned in NEET application form.
The Last date to edit the details in NEET application for that was filled after december 2 was January 31, 2020.NEET has reopened application process from today and will last till february 9 and there will not be any correction window this time for any type.of correction.So, i would suggest to fill a fresh application form.

Hello,
No it will not cause a problem as a lot of people do not wrote their middle name. However, fill your full name when registering for state counselling.
You cannot edit your application form as time for making changes is over. Hopefully, this will not affect your counselling. Do not stress about it and focus on preparing for neet now.
