There are three government medical colleges in Patna. Last year the cutoff for SC candidate under 85% state quota was

• Indira Gandhi institute of medical science ,sheikpura, Patna (406)
• Nalanda medical college and hospital, Patna (407 marks) 
• Patna medical college, Patna (445)

This means you cannot get admission in 3rd college listed above. And  rest in other both you can easily get admission.

I am sorry to tell you but you will not get a seat under state quota in Patna Medical College, Patna as las year marks required in neet for Patna Medical College, Patna for sc category was 455 marks.
You can get other top colleges like :-
Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Bhagalpur
Government Medical College, Bettiah
Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital, Gaya

With a score of 431 it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical college, Patns when comparing the results of previous years. Last year a minimum  score of 445 was required to fetch one a seat in the Patna Medical College in SC category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
