Choosing between MGM indore (Mahatma gandhi memorial medical college) and PMCH (Patna medical college and hospital) for MBBS depends upon various factors some of which are:
MGM INDORE:
One of the oldest medical college in madhya Pradesh. It is known for its experienced faculty members. It is equipped with modern facilities and infrastructure. Provides good clinical exposure due to high patients inflow.
PCMH
It has a significant history. Professors are experienced. Infrastructure may lack modernity as compared to newer colleges. Being in a densely populated region, it offers extensive clinical exposure due to a high patient load.
Actually both the colleges are well Reputed so the choice may depend on personal preferences like location, campus etc.

Dear aspirant
As both colleges are situated in patna and are almost of the same level. If you ask according to academic and facilities it is better in igims as it is semi government college. If you ask about patients reach then it is more in PMCH than the igims as pmch is the oldest and there's patients comes from every district of bihar but patients reach is also too good for igims and it is more than enough to learn you about your subject. As IGIMS is semi government college so you will have to pay some Higher tution fee as compared to PMCH so this can be your deciding factor or otherwise both colleges are best in bihar you can choose any one of them according to your comfortablity.
