sir,Will there be any spot round in upsee or not,Bcoz my rank was 171 OBC but I couldn't get a good MBA College, I m sure I 'll get in spot.

Yes there will be spot round in upsee.
SPOT ROUND will be conducted after the declaration of result. after all the rounds has been done , then the spot round will be conducted which is done in offline mode.
