YOU WILL NOT GET A COLLEGE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A GOOD SCORE FOR THE SPOT ROUND.
IF YOUR RANK OR THE SCORE IN ELIGIBILITY EXAM IS LOW IT WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO GET A SEAT IN DESIRED COLLEGE.
BY THE WAY YOU CAN APPLY FOR SOME COLLEGES IN MAHARASHTRA FOR MBA LIKE MIT, DY PATIL, SINGHAD IF YOU HAVE GIVE ANY ELIGIBILITY EXAM LIKE CAT/MAT/XAT ETC.

Well, it will depend upon the number of seats that are vacant and the colleges that they belong to. However, there are chances that you will get a good college even in the spot round so keep your hopes high.
