If your best of four percentage matches with the course of a particular college and the eligibility criteria, you wish to seek admission in then you can apply for that course in a particular college. Now, if there are many people who have applied for a course in a particular cut off. Then, in that case everyone who have applied will be confirmed for admission in a particular course and college after your documents are verified by the college and they approve the admission.
