Since you have not specified the college of your interest I am going to assume the general case of how scholarships work. There are no scholarships for students getting 75% in 12th in any college, however, in some colleges the scholarship is given on the basis of toppers, like district topper, or state topper, etc. 75% marks are not enough to make you a district or state topper in any case.
Other scholarships are based on ranks of students in different competitive exams. The toppers are given some 20-30% scholarships if they have scored a good rank in some competitive exam.
One other scholarship is on the basis of category/financial backgrounds etc. For example students belonging to the economically weaker minorities, SC/ST are given scholarships from NSP(National Scholarship Portal), etc.
