There is option of uploading marksheet in NEET counselling, but I have 2 marksheets and 2 certificates one of compartment and one of original marksheet . which certificate and marksheet shall I upload because my compartment marksheet mentions only one subject.

Please upload the original marks sheet. This is because the compartment marks sheet has only marks pertaining to one subject. During document verification, you can submit both the marks sheets and you will be fine. Because there is no provision to submit both the marks sheets, you need to submit the original one.
