u have 6th subject in class 12th board cbse if i fail in account will cbse declare me passed

yes, if accountancy is your 6th (additional) subject and you fail in it, CBSE will still consider you passed. the marks of the best five subjects will be counted for your overall result. so, falling in the additional subject won't affect your pass status.
