Up to 2018 in all IIT colleges all students got more than 75% in 12th board ? There is no single student in IIT who got less than 75% ??

Yes this is elligiblity criteria if he /she in cbse board .
75% marks in board required for cbse students . For another board they are under top 20 percentile of respective board . Some students of IIT who are not from cbse board also have less then 75% but they are surely in top 20 percentile of their board .
