You have a lot of options to go for after completing your mba. Some of them are-
1. MA(masters of arts)
2. B.Ed (bachelor of education)
3. Diploma courses
4. LLB (bachelor of laws)
5. MBA (masters of business administration)
these are some of the courses , other then this you can also give various exams for jobs like upsc, ssc bank exams, etc.

Is there any other job option after BA if one does not want to do SSC,banking etc.

If you are interested in writing you can go forward in this field. Or you can go in teaching line. You can also go for journalism or mass communication.
