what do i do if my aadhaar card address doea not match with the one i filled on the neet form and i don't have any other address matching with the form except my college id card

Hello Aspirant,
Don't worry for this pin like issue. Aadhar card is only for matching your photograph with that in application form.
They are not going to do anything from your address. So be calm and prepare yourself at the best level to ace the NEET exam.
