what I need to enter in column of certificate number of category Or serial number of category, state number Or region number please helpp

If this is regarding CAT application form, there is a column in which serial/entry/certificate number of the category has to be filled in CAT 2020 form. And you need to fill this with the Serial Number of the Category. Ok go to Central OBC list in Google. Check the State you belong to. And under that State check for your Community and then find the Serial Number and enter it in the Application form.
