You haven't mentioned which PG Counselling are you enquiring about. If this is about NEET PG, if you do not join any seat even after Round 2, you refundable security deposit will be remitted back in the same account the amount was initially made from. There is no penalty in such cases. But the refund will not happen immediately. It will happen after all the rounds of counselling have been completed.
