As per the eligibility criteria of NEET UG the candidates who are willing to take admission in Medical colleges must have passed their 12th in PCB. The Minimum cutoff Mark's for General category is 50% while others it is 45%. So in order to appear for the NEET UG you must have to pass your 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Hope it helps.
