What is intra inter personal test in NID?

For
the inter personal test, the candidates were divided in groups of ten
acc to their roll numbers. Each group was assigned an object, for eg.
Key, cello tape, and they had to form a story with that object as an
element. Each person has 40 seconds to speak, and the next person
continues the story from where the last person left off.

They
judge you most likely on your communication skills, team work,
delivery, teamwork, confidence, presentation, presence of mind,
spontaneity and of course, imagination.
