If you are not from NRI quota then how is it possible to get seat through NRI quota?
It is not at all possible to grab those seats. There is no provision under any authority yet to convert the seats of NRI quota to general nor there is any procedure for general or any other category students to get NRI seat if they are not NRI at all.
