I am an NRI and I got 210 marks in NEET 2021. Will I get mbbs seat, because of NRI quota?

If the qualifying score is 135, your score must be 135 & above to get eligible to participate in counseling for NRI seat category.
The higher score will increase your chances to get a seat in top colleges.
Regarding your concern, 210 is a low score with NRI quota. You need to score more around 300-350 to get into the top college with NRI category.
Nevertheless you can try in counselling session with 210 marks.
