What is the rules and eligibility of improvement exam in CBSE?
Following are the important guidelines for the students applying for improvement exam:
- You must have passed in class 12 but you are not satisfied with your marks.
- You must have certainly passed in the subject whose improvement exam you are going to give in the succeeding year.
- Application forms will be available from the first week of july onwards.
- Forms can be collected from syndicate banks all over india or regional offices of CBSE or sometimes even school.
- Each form costs Rs.10 while fee for each improvement exam is Rs.200
- You can get your application form from august till october.

The eligibility and rules of the improvement exams are-
1. The most important rule- The candidate must have passed the Board exam. Failed students will not be allowed.
2. Students can appear for one or more subjects in the exams.
3. Students who have cleared in 2018 as well as in 2017 are eligible to appear for the CBSE improvement exam.
4. Students who have appeared in 2018, their personal details will be auto-generated by the system, but the candidates who have appeared in 2017 batch will need to fill their details in the online CBSE Improvement Exam 2019 forms.
5. The best marks between the improvement and board exams will be considered for the report card .
6. Candidate must be a dropper.
