When will wavelength max in lyman series??

Hello!!
You know that for Lyman ground state level will be 1 and higher state can be 1,2,3.....so when electron jumps from 2 to 1 this will create maximum wavelength,whereas for minimum electron will jump from infinity to ground level.
Wavenumber=z^2 R (1/n1^2-1/n2^2)
