When compared between the both colleges, both have good ratings but Mahatma Gandhi institute of technology (MGIT) has better ratings than CVSR as MGIT college has a good placement record since the past years for students into famous companies with attractive salary packages. Also other facilities like Labs, canteen, etc is better in MGIT.
So overall i would recommend you to opt for Mahatma Gandhi institute of technology (MGIT)
