Glycogenolysis is also the enzyme which helps to convert glycogen into glucose. This glycogenolysis is the enzyme which is is stored in liver and muscles. Glycogen Phosphorylase is an enzyme which is an important enzyme that catalyzes glycogen into glucose. The reaction which occur in this procedure is Phosphorolysis reaction.
