I will try to satisfy your query of this question.
If you are looking for a good placement then you can go for skcet as it would be better than SREC.
Both the colleges are autonomous and infrastructure is best in SKCET when compared to SREC. Exposure and all other stuff is better in SKCET, but academic wise SREC is much preferable.
But you should have to keep in mind that it is mainly depends on the student mentality, he has to come up with his skills , college is just a pathway for his carreer developing skill matters a lot during placement.
