According to the cutoff of all these Institutes, it's not possible to get chemical engineering with your All India rank. Try with home state rank there are higher chances with home state rank. But still, there are some good Institutes, try for them too. You can try for other state counselings like M.P, Maharashtra, Punjab, Haryana,etc and get into your desired stream.
