With wbjee 1030 gmr and domicile of west bengal....what stream of what college can I can get.....i am confused

First of all, congratulations for your marks.
In Jadavpur University, computer science, information technology, electronics and telecommunications engineering, mechanical, instrumentation engg. Departments generally close within 500-700  rank. So it seems difficult for you to get these branches there .
But you can get seat into Chemical engineering , metallurgical, civil, production engg. Etc.
Chemical engineering you may choose. It has great  in future.
