As you have mentioned that you have got 75 percentile in JEE MAINs, and you belong to EWS category. If we observe the previous year Percentile vs EWS rank then on 75 percentile you will probably getting the EWS rank somewhere between 36,000 to 40,000 .

If you want to get admission in DAIICT, then in GUJCET you will have to score 105+ marksand in boards you need to get more than 85 percent. But again you should try to get more than this because cutoff changes every year depending on the number of candidates appeared for the exam, availability of seat etc.

There is as such no minimum percentile pre decided as the cut off changes according to the factors such as the number of candidates applying for the college and also upon the seat vacancy. But if I had to go with previous years then the minimum percentile to get computer science and information technology is 96.5 approximately.

Coming to the second part of the question, for jiit noida as per the general category in cs and it branch, minimum 95+ will be a safer side.

12th CBSE board exam marks will not be considered for DAIICT addmissions but GUJCET rank / marks will be taken into account.  The cutoffs fluctuate alot depending upon the competition. In 2017 closing rank was 1483, 2018 it was 13355 in 2019 it was 59. Whereas when it comes to Nirma, Computer science had a closing rank 8451 in 2017, in 2018 it was 38076, in 2019 it was 524

I am sorry to say but there is no reservation for Kashmir Migrants in GUJCET as such. The reservations available are for candidates from SC, ST, Socially and Educationally Backward classes widow and orphans of any caste, Unreserved EWS, Physically Disabled and Children of Defense Personnel and Ex-Servicemen.
