You have scored 92 percentile in CMAT, which is a good score, and you have a higher chance of getting admission into a good college. But, if you're targeting only SVNIT Surat, then it's quite tough because SVNIT usually looks for a higher score for the PG course, like MBA. You should focus on the other top colleges.

Hello! Yes, SVNIT Surat offers a 5 year B.Arch program. Admission is based on JEE Main Paper 2 scores or through the DASA UG scheme for eligible candidates. To apply, you need to have completed 10+2 with Mathematics and meet the minimum percentage requirement. The total fee for the entire course is around 6.77 lakhs.
