The mess and hostel are quite good from other college Faculty are coprative and seniors also wifi is available in the hostels and departments.The hostel and department are spacious and hygienic and girls are very safe in College

I am studying civil engineering in national institute of technology surat .The teachers are coprative and takes regular class .But Class rooms are not so good their not facility of smart board in all the classes

Placement are not that much good if you are skilled well then only you get the job you have make extra afford to get the gob but almost 50 to 60 percent students are placed but senior gids so much they tell every thing about the process of placement

If you are in case and ece then value for money other wise not

Campus if good and the campus is situated in the middle of surat then every thing is near to the College

The campus hostel are well and many things are near to the College so you can fun with your friends

In Boys there are total 9 hostels which are called as bhawan and one girl hostel called MTB. A sports centre called as SAC , student activity centre .Good playground for cricket and football, a badminton court etc and a maintained library called central library fully air conditioned . Classrooms are good and cleaned but it is like school classroom.

I am studying chemical engineering because according to my rank In jee i was getting this at best . Quality of teaching is very good . We have well educated professors from well respected institutes throughout the India. Yes curriculum is updated which includes the recent developments . Yes this course make us job ready because with the changing time the system of education have also be changed which create a direct impact to the education system and get a step close toward our goal.

Placements in chemical engineering are at top level in this NIT. Above 90 % students are placed . Best placement offer is obviously for computer science branch goes 40 LPA and taking about chemical branch the Highest LPA is 14 LPA . The average salary offered in my branch that is chemical engineering is 9 lpa in previous year and in current year it is like 12 lpa .Yes college is a good supporter in terms of placement.

It depends on the category of the students as for general category it cost 1.3 lakh per year .some relaxation is given to reservation category in the education field and hoatel fees .Yes it is worth because it is national level institute and Return of investment is good because of its placement.

In svnit all the necessary infrastructure are present all the facilities are there which is required for our daily basis. In our classroom light, fans, projector are available and our laboratory are also well Maintained all the equipments are present and whatever equipments are old get replaced by new once. Library are huge a lot of books are available of all academic and different joner with ac available and we also have e-library. For our sports a big ground is present. And the hostel are good

I am current persuing chemical engineering in svnit because chemical branch have a very good placement and the teachers are also well educated. Yes, the study makes us job ready and they also motivate you to do better

Placement are very impressive in our college. Around 90 to 95 percentage of selection are there and our college makes our placement more easy and make sure that every student get campus selection it is good

The are fee remission system according to which if your annual income is less than 1 lpa than your full tution fee will be waived and if your family income is in between 1lpa to 5lpa than 2/3rd fees will be waived so you can make benefits from that

Our campus life is very good and you can totally enjoy it location of our college is also very good it is in main city so that's why all the facilities are nearby

Annually technical and cultural fest is conducted whose names are mindbend and sparsh respectively. Support from everyone is good may it be students,staff, teachers . It's location is best in heart of the city with best connectivity to airport and railway station and for whole city you will find brts (city bus ). It is very safe here in surat , Gujarat

I am currently pursuing btech in chemical engineering of svnit because according to my rank i got this branch.The quality to teaching is good. 2.yes,the process and mode of teaching is improved day by day that helps to keep in update our curriculum activities with the help of recent developments in the field going on. Obviously all are studying to get the bright job and these are the steps which help them to make their dreams come true.

Taking about placements it is quite good 2.80% are getting placed in a good company student.obviously the most demanding branch is computer science engineering because their package goes highest around INR 50 LPA 3.The average salary depend on the branches which u have In cse it is 14LPA.the placement is not much easy but easier than other private collages.yes ,collage are supportive during placement.

The cost is going upto 1.5lakh for general students per year.your course fees is totally depend on your category according to it ur fees are differs

Our campus is large enough containing 250 acre.the best feature of svnit is library which gives a beauty to the campus situation on the centre of library and the worst feature is that the playground section which is not in proper conditions so that the students can play according to their interest. 2.All are good and helpful.our svnit at the main city at a proper distance from railway and airport.yes ,it is clean and enough to handle emergencies

Our college boasts of a comprehensive infrastructure, however, it falls short in terms of maintenance. The highlight of the campus is undoubtedly the central library, which is not only spacious but also provides an ideal study environment, complete with air conditioning and silence. Despite this, some departments such as the Mechanical and Civil Engineering department are in dire need of upgrades.But CSE and EE dept is new and cool.A minor drawback is the absence of Auditorium inside the campus.

The curriculum at our college is thoroughly modernized and up-to-date with a cutting-edge curriculum for CSE that includes the latest technologies such as blockchain and Machine Learning. The Quality of teaching is average and although the academic workload may appear overwhelming during the initial years, one quickly adapts to it. The lab and tutorial sessions are highly beneficial in thoroughly understanding the Subject matter. However, self-study can help significantly.

The placement opportunity at our college is noteworthy, with a majority of the companies visiting the campus belonging to the banking sector, including prestigious names like JPMorgan Chace and VISA. We have the presence of companies like Amazon offering ample opportunities to students. An impressive 90% of students who sit for placement are successfully placed, with an average package of 15 lakhs per annum.

The fee for Computer Science is 68000, with concession available for students belonging to the OBC category and those from SC/ST backgrounds. For SC/ST students and those with an annual income of less than 2 lakhs, the fee is subsidized to a mere 3000. Those with an annual income between 2 and 5 lacks are eligible for a fee concession of 2/3 of the fee. The hostel fee for each semester is 30000 and includes only vegetarian meals. However, you can order food from Zomato, Swiggy, etc.

Campus life at our college can be described as mediocre, lacking exiting activities or notable attractions within the premises. However, the city of Surat offers a good time pass with various malls and shopping complexes. The college hosts two major events, namely Sparsh, a grand cultural fest, and MMNCT, a prestigious cricket tournament. Additionally, there are various smaller events organized by various clubs that provide opportunities for students to showcase their talents and interests.

Overall, college life is a positive experience for students wth well-defiuned academic aspirations. The peer community is exceptional and comprised of individuals who are eager to support and guide you on your journey . Although the coding culture is not at its best, there is improvement particularly with event like Dotslash, a national level hackathon. The college is located in a city that provides ample opportunities and stands out as a preferrable option comaprted to other cities.

The infrastructure of college is quite good it is well facilitated with all necessary equipments. The wifi is available in each hostel. The library is well facilated with wifi and proper number of books. College has proper infrastructure for playground also.

I am a student of Electrical department in SVNIT. The course curriculum is being revised time to time according to the field requirements. Professor are well reputed and are doing several projects for government also.

The placement ratio is very good in non core sector. Every year many companies visit our college and offer job to the candidates. Placement council is there to help the students to get good placement. The placement ratio is around 75-80%.

Yes, Our college do have all necessary facilities , infrastructure and equipment. Our classrooms have all the basic tech amenities like smart board, projectors etc. The living spaces are regularly cleaned and food is hygienic too.

I am studying bachelor of technology in Electrical engineering. The quality of teaching is completely varied from teacher to teacher , but on an overall the teaching performance is not bad. Our college curriculum is up to date with the recent developments.

The quality of placements is well maintained over the years with almost 75% of placement percentage. The Highest package offered is around and 40 LPA and the average salary is around 10 LPA. I cannot say the placement process is easy but I can say the process is well guided. We are having a separate Training and placement community to guide us and help us in each step of placement process to reach our dream company. The college is too supportive when it comes to placement Process.

My course costs around 1.25LPA and I completely feel it's worthy to pay for getting this education.

Our overall college experience till date is well and good. Students can engage in various clubs based upon their interests . Here we can like minded people to work together and grow together. The college is completely safe with all the medical facilities provided and it can handle any kind of emergencies.

SVNIT Surat has one of the best infrastructures among all the National Institutes of Technology. The campus is fully renovated. Most of the academic buildings and departments have been moved to newly built buildings equipped with necessary teaching aids. The structures of hostels and recreational areas are also newly built and have good facilities. The classroom complex is well equipped and has a lot of room. In short, most of the buildings are newly built and one of the best in all NITs.

Being an institute of national importance, SVNIT Surat has some of the best minds of the country as faculty. I am a student of the Applied Mathematics and Humanities Department in the institute, I have had the best experience of learning from excellent teachers in my department and other Applied Sciences department. Apart from faculty, the institute has the best curriculum for all of their courses. The curriculum is revised periodically to match the needs of current employment standards.

The placements of SVNIT Surat have not been at par with the top institutes imparting the same field of education to their students. The placement statistics in the year 2019-2020 are less than the previous years. The total number of students placed is 425 from BTech and 100 from MTech and Integrated MSc. Maximum CTC offered was 37.5 LPA (Computer Science Engineering), minimum CTC was 3 LPA (Mechanical and Chemical Engineering) and the average CTC was 7.4 LPA.

The campus life at SVNIT Surat is fantastic with a lot of opportunities for socialising and taking a break from the monotony of lectures. The campus has many clubs for students of all fields of interests. Institute organises occasional events and celebrates festivals on the campus. Events are conducted year-round stopping only during semester exams. SVNIT campus has facilities such as central library and student activity centre equipped with the latest facilities add quality to the campus life.

SVNIT Surat is located in the best areas of Surat city. due to its proximity to the main city, there is a great social life outside the campus. The campus is situated in the midst of forest so it has an exotic vibe to it. the coastline is 15km away from the campus due to which we have rainy and pleasant weather all year round. the city is famous for its food and this culture finds its path in the mess of the hostels too, something which is rare to find in colleges.
